Overview

Jetstar is a popular value-based airline whose mission is to provide more customers the opportunity to fly by offering lower airfares. With over 3000 employees spread across the Asia Pacific region and many of these without traditional office-based PC access, Jetstar approached The ADWEB Agency to streamline communication services and reduce dependancy on internal IT services.

The ADWEB Agency’s solution was to implement Intranet DASHBOARD as their intranet platform, move legacy paper-based services online and provide mobile access to staff on the go. Jetstar is now on to its second generation of Intranet DASHBOARD, with a newly revised frontend intranet design.
