Connie Pandos - Director of The ADWEB Agency

Connie is co-founder and co-director of The ADWEB Agency and comes from a broad-based media background. Connie displayed considerable vision and long term faith in the new media industry, quitting her full-time job in 1995 to develop The ADWEB Agency, building on the strength of her business plan. Her work involves the convergence of traditional communications into new electronic channels - Internet and intranet strategic planning, web-based information and interface design, e-marketing and CRM planning, public relations, permission marketing, and portal development.

She has a Bachelor of Arts in Media and Communications from Swinburne University, where she was later invited to participate in one of Australia's first electronic media postgraduate courses at the university that formed the prototype for current Web subjects offered in the course syllabus.

Connie applied for and was accepted into an intensive business training course - NEIS (New Enterprise Incentive Scheme), after which she was granted 12 months funding for The ADWEB Agency.

Her hard work and commitment in developing the company into a dynamic powerhouse of technical and creative ideas has been embodied into the corporate ethos of The ADWEB Agency. ADWEB has grown from a local to a global enterprise, with a team that has more than tripled in the past few years.

Intranet DASHBOARD is the culmination of Connie's expertise in strategic planning and product development. Her excellent insight into the IT industry has allowed ADWEB to respond to market needs in an informed and educated way.
